The beams are placed at a height of roughly 3 feet from the ground.
Candidates are required to climb onto any one of the beams from either side, walk through them, and descend from the other side.
The zigzag configuration adds difficulty to the obstacle, requiring candidates to maintain balance while navigating the beams.
It's crucial not to descend from the beams in the middle of the obstacle.
If a candidate falls during the walk, they must restart from the beginning and climb onto the beam again.
In rainy conditions, the Balancing Beam may become slippery, posing an additional challenge.

The objective is to jump over the red screen without making any contact.
Touching the screen may cause it to fall, but candidates should not waste time putting it back, Move on to the next obstacle while groundsmen handle the screen.
For female candidates, the screen is placed at a lower height, adjusting for the difference in physical requirements.
5. Burma Bridge
Points - 5
The Rope Climbing and Walking obstacle features two ropes fixed parallel to each other at a height of approximately 15 feet above the ground.
Ladders are provided on both sides of the ropes for climbing up and coming down.
Candidates are required to climb using either the ropes or the ladders, walk across the parallel ropes, and descend using the same method.

The other end of the rope is fixed to a point, and the objective is to swing using the rope and land beyond a specified distance marked by two red bricks.
Hold the rope as high as possible and take a strong grip.
To maximize the distance covered, swing like Tarzan by using your body's momentum.
The goal is to land beyond a specific point marked by two red bricks on either side.
An imaginary line joining the two red bricks indicates the area of clearance.
As you take the swing, fold both your legs upwards to avoid touching the ground upon landing.
7. Double Platform Jump
Points - 7
The Double Platform Jump obstacle consists of two wooden platforms—one at a height of about 10 feet and the other at a height of about 5 feet.
In front of the platforms is a sand pit where candidates are supposed to land.
The objective is to climb to the higher platform, jump onto the second platform, and then finally jump to the ground into the sand pit.
Upon jumping to the second platform and then to the ground, aim to land on your toes.
Throughout the obstacle, be mindful not to touch any red portions of the structure.
8. Double Ditch
Points - 8

The second ditch is shorter, around 4 feet in length.
Upon reaching the obstacle, take a jump to grasp the rope hanging in the middle of the longer ditch, inertia will cause you to swing farther after holding the rope.
After landing on the flat surface, take a second jump to clear the shorter ditch.
It's essential to note that candidates are not permitted to first take the rope and then swing.
